**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales management of people, leading a team is required, at an International Pharmaceutical organisation, originator products
- Bachelors
- Min 2 yrs sales management experience, leading a team of no less than 4 required (essential)
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong delegation and coordination abilities.
- Influential communicator with impact.
- Commitment to fostering team development.
