**REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER/Durban**
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible to oversee and supervises all the activities and transactions
The sole purpose of this role is to ensure profitability through driving stores to meet targets.

- Responsible for Store Management
- Must be prepared to travel to various branches on weekly store visits
- Handling a Teams meeting,
- Hosting discussions on, Successes, Gap areas, Sales target check in, Culture building, Facilities check and escalation,
- Responsible for Leave, Time Keeping and absenteeism management, Performance Management - poor performing staff to be escalated to HR,Disciplinary Management
- Culture building - Able to assist in empowering colleague’s, Product Knowledge Training
- Able to build constructive relationships and work in a team
- Store layout and design as per floor plan designs in order at all stores
- Ensure the store is kept clean and tidy
- Stores to send facilities managers any queries and discrepancies
- Escalate and attend to as per priority
- Ensure all zones are well stocked and managed on the store floor
- Ensure all products have accurate pricing - always aware of markdowns, promotions and new stock
- Visual merchandising standards are being met
- Ensures replenishment of stock by store is being done timeously and correctly per store
- Ensure store takes are being done weekly and spot stock take monitoring
- Store sales targets and individual sales targets to be achieved.
- Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
- Assist senior management team in achieving growth, hitting sales targets, and designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expands the Company’s customer base and ensures its strong market presence.
- Commission oversight and management - Sales staff paid one month in arrears and to ensure all reconciled by the 15th of every month.
- Competitor analysis and benchmarks - quarterly
- Mystery competitor shopping - quarterly
- Research and gather appropriate information on target markets to qualified leads and advise the marketing team accordingly
- Ensure that the store brand integrity maintained and the staff act as brand ambassadors
- Customer service monthly coaching to ensure standards upheld
- Staff Takes pride in dress code and personal appearance
- Oversight and support of the customer service queries per store
- Store review and roll out management
- Business Operational Support
- Follow correct protocols across the business.
- Ensure proper channels taken in terms of people engagement, HR, Logistics, Buying, Stores, Customer Service and Operations.
- Ensure technology used effectively across the business - Possibolt, website, communication channels
- All new policies, systems and process to be rolled out effectively per store and change management process to be adhered with a full plan in place.
**Qualifications**:
Relevant qualification, at least 3- years working at a Regional Level
Computer literacy
Excel, is essential, Possibolt, Drobox, CRM/databases
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
