**Description**
**1. Leads extraction and dialler**
Perform daily, weekly and monthly leads extraction using amongst other programs, Excel, to upload leads into Assupol’s internal system (CRM and dialler). Should another leads program be added, driving the integration and utilisation of it.
Assist with dialler related functions around leads and campaigns. This includes manual loading of leads batches
Reconcile and report on daily leads volumes and activities relating to all DIRECT leads’ channels [TV, radio, digital and print].
Work in conjunction with the Data Analyst in order to provide analysis on leads.
Proficiency in the use of query and reporting analysis tools advantages but not a requirement (SQL).
**2.** **Reporting**
Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports
Develop new reports to address changing business needs.
Utilising all reporting platforms to create reports.
Reconciling monthly spend and lead channels
**3.** **Analysis and recommendations**
Analyse all reporting and provide insight into the results.
Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes to business functions
Conduct possible research relating to leads processes and practices.
**4.** **Ad Hoc**
Assist with all ad hoc requests (admin and follow ups)
**Requirements**:
**FORMAL EDUCATION**
Degree/diploma with marketing and/or communications or BA/BCom Economics
**TECHNICAL/LEGAL CERTIFICATION**
Microsoft Office suite proficient (Basic Excel and Word)
PowerBI knowledge advantage
**EXPERIENCE**
Experience in CRM leads reporting advantages
Experience in dialler functions with regards to leads advantages
