**Lead Generation Specialist**:
**Full-time (40-Hours Per Week), Remote**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Organizational Support**: Assist in the successful establishment of necessary organizational structures and processes, including CRM, meeting structures, and reporting KPIs, while creating relevant sales materials.
**2. Sales Account Management**:Generate new sales accounts and take over existing accounts with clear, realistic, and transparent sales goals.
**3 Lead Research and Identification**:Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target markets within the property valuation industry.
**5. Data Management**:Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information.
**6. Qualifying Leads**:Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria to ensure a high conversion rate.
**7. Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company’s services as the ideal solution.
**8. Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed to improve results.
**9. Collaboration with Sales Team**:Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and to align lead generation strategies with overall sales goals.
**10. Market Feedback**: Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities to inform strategic planning.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in the German language is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of success.
- Experience with professional CRM systems.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to achieving results and maintaining a high standard of work.
