**J**OB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Day-to-day operations**:
**Execution of the day to day activities in order to facillitate the customers' bookings.**
**Timely identify and escalate gaps in the SOP's and Offshore performance.Actively monitor Customer/vessel allocation.**
**Work on self-performance and identify improvements.Actively keep abreast on sector and internal knowledge development.**

**Ensure quality standards and KPI’s are met to maintain and enhance service to customers.**
**Continuous review of best working practices to improve effectiveness and productivity.**
**Ensure that all processes and transactions are fully compliant with Company rules and regulations.**:
**Commercial decision-making and problem-solving**:
**First point of entry for resolving customer queries and operational issues.**
**Occasionally represent ONE organization in joint visits with the Sales team.**
**Ensure that all processes and transactions are fully compliant with company rules and regulations.**:
**Communication**:
**Ensure good collaboration, and communication of staff within departments and other functional areas.**
**Communicate effectively with customers and advise customers with a pro-active approach.**
**Arrange regular department meetings for the team.**:
**REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE**:

- **Matric (Grade 12), Diploma or Relevant Degree**:

- **Certified to process DG shipments (preferred)**:

- **Demonstrable sector experience minimum of 3 years of shipping knowledge.**:

- **Good working knowledge of MS office (outlook/word/excel)**:

- **Articulate, clear oral and written communications skills in English and local language**:

- **High attention to detail and accuracy**:
