JOB DUCK IS HIRING INTAKE RECEPTIONISTS
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Scheduling meetings and consultations.
- Completing all intake paperwork and entering it into the business's system.
- Filing and maintaining electronic documents and records.
- Maintaining a lead generation database to support business growth.
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:
- 15 Months of experience in a related field or a related degree.
- Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Phone etiquette.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed (at least 30mb/s).
