Receptionist/office Manager

**Description**:
- Our client a leader in the construction world is looking for an experienced Office Manager/Receptionist.
- Roles and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Switchboard Management
- Taking detailed messages and passing messages on to the correct employee
- Making calls on behalf of the Company
- Welcoming guests and Seeing guests in meeting rooms
- Placing stationary orders and stock control of stationary. Controlling stationary registers.
- Placing grocery orders and keeping stock of groceries and cleaning supplies.
- Adequate management of 2 general workers, and cleaning staff and their responsibilities.
- Assisting Management with photocopies, filing, and general admin.
- Liaise with IT support for any requirements.
- Liaise with security company on systems, repairs on maintenance required.
- Assisting with large-scale printing
- Manage the spare key safe.
- Manage the archive room. i.e. Ensure it is locked. Files are up to date.
- Organize monthly staff events
- When orders are received - check the invoice. Give invoice to Finance.
- Effective communication with all staff via WhatsApp.
- Assist Management where required, general assistance.
- Working hours: 07:00 to 17:00 Monday - Friday.
