Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences? We are thrilled to announce the opening of a vibrant new restaurant in Johannesburg and are actively seeking experienced Front of House Managers to join our dynamic team.

Position: Front of House Manager

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff.

Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.

Train and develop staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Monitor and manage inventory levels for front-of-house supplies.

Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized dining environment.

Contribute to the development and execution of promotional events and special dining experiences.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Front of House Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and customer service principles.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
