Isoflow is a close-knit team of driven individuals that deliver delightful digital design solutions to top brands across the world.

This role is in the driving seat for sourcing, generating, and building new business for Isoflow. You will need to be extremely proactive in pursuing new opportunities and strategic in your thinking and approach. You’ll frequently liaise with the likes of the Directors, so commercial awareness and good business sense are essential. With bonus-related pay, direct contact with clients and fantastic exposure, the role is one that can offer lucrative opportunities.

You will need to be comfortable feeding back on how to optimise all areas of the business development strategy with a particular focus on strategies per Ideal Customer Profile, content effectiveness, decision-makers and industry pain points.

**A Sales Development Representative (SDR) professional has three primary responsibilities**:

- Researching and Identifying new prospects
- Building authentic relationships with prospects
- Manually nurturing prospects until they are ready to be passed on to sales

**When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include**:

- Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their business needs and pain points
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline
- Schedule appointments and demos for our sales team with qualified leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies
- Utilise CRM and other sales tools to track and manage prospecting efforts and pipeline progress
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of sales strategies
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales development / market research or outbound sales role
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation or building relationships / communities online
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with CRM and other sales tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
