We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Director to lead our passionate supply team and drive our brand to new heights.
As our Sales Director, you'll be the guiding force behind our commercial strategy and execution. You'll lead, motivate, and mentor our supply team, setting ambitious targets and devising innovative strategies to achieve them.

- **Craft Winning Strategies**: Develop and implement effective commercial strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring growth and market expansion.
- **Inspire and Lead**: Motivate and lead our supply team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- **Build Key Relationships**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners, and stakeholders to drive sales, negotiate deals, and enhance brand reputation.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**: Utilize data analytics and market insights to make informed decisions, identify trends, and capitalize on opportunities in the fashion ecommerce landscape.
- **Team Development**:Invest in the growth and development of your team, providing coaching, training, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.

**Requirements**:
- Post Graduate Qualification
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Experience in the retail sector
