Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our clients prestigious establishment. Located in a stunning setting, the property is known for its exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and luxurious accommodations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all outlets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Manage and train a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to create innovative menus and culinary offerings that cater to the preferences and dietary requirements of our discerning guests.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the availability of high-quality ingredients and beverages.
- Implement and maintain proper inventory control and cost management procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing requirements.
- Continuously monitor guest satisfaction levels and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments, incorporating them into the food and beverage operations as appropriate.
- Assist the General Manager in various administrative tasks and decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role, preferably with previous experience as an Assistant General Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable standards of service.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for staying up to date with the latest developments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
