**Overview**

**Customer Service Agent Courier**

This is an exciting and challenging position working for the UK’s 2nd largest parcel price comparison sites. The role is fully remote (Work-From-Home).

You will be responsible for resolving delivery issues on behalf of our customers - this is both reactive, from customer inquiries, and pro-active, resolving issues as they occur in our tracking portal.

The job is essentially about problem solving and deciding on the best course of action to resolve delays as quickly as possible, whilst keeping all parties informed.

Applicant Criteria
- A minimum of 3 years’ customer services experience.
- Experience working in the logistics (courier) industry.
- Home office set-up with your own PC or laptop and headset.
- A reliable broadband connection with a minimum line speed of 10Mbps.
- A backup power supply to cover outages due to load shedding.
- A minimum typing speed of 45 wpm is required.
- Experience working with office programs such as Outlook and Word, is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal.
- Goods levels of diplomacy, when dealing with customer queries, are essential.The CompanyOur Client is the UK’s 2nd largest parcel price comparison site. We send parcels around the world using carriers such as FedEx and UPS on behalf of both consumers and corporate customers. We act purely as a management company, tracking and monitoring shipments on our customer’s behalf. **Salary**: R25,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
