- Secretarial and administrative duties
- Supporting the team in managing calendars, scheduling meetings and handling correspondences as directed
- Managing travel and visa arrangements
- Handling travel expense claims
- Organising company events
- Data capturing and record keeping
- Assisting with basic review, editing and formatting of word documents
- Errands and general ad hoc activities as and when required
- Matric
- Post matric relevant secretarial or administrative certification
- Preferably three years’ working experience in a similar role. Experience in the financial services industry will be advantageous
