Procurement and Operations Coordinator/manager

**Requirements** Procurement and Purchasing
- Manage purchasing hardware and subscriptions for SaaS products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with project needs.
- SaaS license reconciliation.
- Hardware purchases and billing (quote/invoice/purchase/ship)
- Coordinate leasing agreements with 3rd party financing as needed.
- Handle bid/deal registration with IT distributors as needed.
- Freight/shipping coordination, including drop shipping to individual end users.
- Source field engineers and coordinate work orders.
Operations and Analytics
- Client Profitability Analysis: Analyze and report on client profitability to inform strategic decision-making
- Scorecard Tracking: Maintain and track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Balanced Scorecard methodology to ensure project and organizational goals are being met.
- Project Performance Reporting: Regularly report on project performance, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
- Timesheet Reviews: Review team timesheets weekly for accurate time tracking and labor allocations and request adjustments as needed.
- Ticket and Project Closing: Efficiently manage the closure of tickets and projects, ensuring all accurate reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Availability during Eastern Time zone business hours
- 2-3 years of experience in a VAR, IT Distributor, or MSP company
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Excel (vLookups, Pivot Tables)
- Proficient with quoting tools such as Quosal, Quotewerks, or similar
- Proficient with Connectwise PSA
- Experience in a similar role focusing on procurement administrative duties
- Preferred experience with Pax8, Sherweb, Ingram Micro
- Preferred experience with 3rd party leasing/financin
