Job Overview

At Panagora Group, we are seeking a skilled Global Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Collaboration & Learning Hub. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate events, manage inventory, and oversee logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Coordinate the operational and logistical aspects of all events held at the C&L Hub, including equipment setup, catering arrangements, audiovisual requirements, and security arrangements.
  • Team Coordination: Manage a team of staff, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the effective operation of the C&L Hub, including direct supervision of two staff members and coordination of tasks in a matrix-management structure.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and administer an inventory management system to ensure that the C&L Hub is equipped with necessary amenities and resources for events and daily operations.
  • Procurement: Use budgets, inventory management data, and routine venue and equipment inspection data to prepare procurement requests for processing by the procurement team.
  • Space Allocation: Allocate and schedule meeting spaces within the C&L Hub to ensure efficient and effective utilization of available space.
  • Data Analysis: Develop and maintain systems to track event attendance, customer experience, space utilization, and other relevant data to generate reports for stakeholders and management insights.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in event management, logistics, or a similar field are required.

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
