**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, with a proven track record of success in global, multi-industry environments.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications highly desirable.

**Skills**: Exceptional sourcing and research abilities, proficiency in leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Technical Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and sourcing technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.

**Languages**: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage in our global context.
