We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for different roles in diverse industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative strategies to identify and attract top active and passive candidates through various channels, such as social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Establish and nurture a strong talent pipeline to proactively address current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including recruitment consultants and hiring managers, to understand their unique hiring needs and create targeted sourcing approaches.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, talent dynamics, and competition, using insights to shape sourcing strategies and offer valuable guidance to stakeholders.
  • Candidate Engagement and Assessment: Engage with potential candidates through compelling outreach, establish connections, and evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to identify the best candidates for each role.
  • Employer Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing [Your Company Name]'s employer value proposition and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records, monitor key metrics, and gain insights for optimizing sourcing efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on sourcing best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance skills and performance continually for exceptional results.

Requirements

Experience: At least 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, with a successful track record in diverse global settings.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Skills: Outstanding souring and research skills, proficiency in various sourcing tools, strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and sourcing technologies, with the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.

Languages: Fluent in English is a must; proficiency in other languages is a significant asset in our global context.
