Trade Development Sales Representative

Manage customer interactions through physical, hybrid, and remote channels.
- Implement digital engagement strategies in the remote base, leveraging digital communication to optimize company performance.
- Collaborate with back-office executives to determine appropriate call frequencies in the hybrid customer unit, aligning with commercial initiatives and operational requirements.
- Utilize influential skills to educate and generate leads, activate B2C interactions, and drive unit sales by engaging with store owners, managers, and cashiers.
- Segment the physical interaction to forecast coverage frequency, plan brand staging, and allocate resources for point of sales material investments.
- Foster brand acceleration and growth through efficient cycle implementation, strategic brand staging, and negotiation of staging opportunities.
- Assess and enhance store staff understanding to bridge product knowledge gaps and drive positive outcomes.
- Ensure optimal availability of relevant portfolio items based on store consumer profiles, effectively executing the company's segmentation strategy.
- Conduct retail activations and strategic market plans to increase brand awareness and trial within the designated area.
- Facilitate seamless store transitions into the digital base by assessing retailer capabilities and providing necessary support while maintaining appropriate levels of assistance.
- Monitor and report on sales cycle implementation, setting objectives and tracking performance.
- Arrange physical and virtual visits to digital stores as per segmentation and needs, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Continuously analyze the digital base to identify business development opportunities and implement effective strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure service delivery aligns with business objectives.
- Oversee third-party field managers, ensuring their understanding of cycle requirements and successful execution.
- Collaborate with the back office team to ensure comprehensive coverage of Key Accounts stores through third-party providers.
- Maintain compliance with Trade Point of Sales Material requirements for each cycle, in collaboration with the back office team.
- Accurately capture relevant information on field force tracking tools for effective analysis and reporting.
- Utilize data from tracking tools and sales cycle results to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market activities and product performance.
- Utilize market insights, data, and competitive information to inform strategic planning.
- Execute and manage strategic trade programs within designated cycles, ensuring their successful implementation.
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate the suitability of store participation in trade programs.
- Ensure participating stores are well-informed about trade program mechanics and compliant with program requirements.
- Educate and train trade partners to effectively promote the brands and drive customer switch sell.
- Adhere to relevant legal frameworks related to product lines and maintain compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
