**JOB ROLE**:
This person is the point of contact between the company and employees for all employee related queries. The HR Officer needs to ensure that data relating to all personnel activities are accurately recorded. The role ensures that HR data is properly maintained thereby ensuring labour law compliance as well as minimizing risk and loss for the company.

**COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Grade 12
- Sound Knowledge of SAGE VIP experience
- Microsoft Office literate
- HR Diploma or Higher
- Sound knowledge of labour laws
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in HR
- Previous training and experience in Biometrics will be advantageous
- Good coordination skills
- Conflict management skills
- Focused on detail and accuracy
- Good time management
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be able to carry out instructions
- Be a good culture fit for the business
