**Key Responsibilities**:
Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting clients with their needs.

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office cleanliness.

Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient office operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Positive and professional demeanor.

Willingness to learn and assist where needed.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
