**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST**
**Durbanville**
We are seeking a versatile and organised professional adept at handling a wide range of administrative duties as well as efficiently managing front desk operations. As the first point of call for guests and clients, we are looking for an eloquent speaker, who can always maintain a professional appearance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The facilitation of visitor access and related tasks such as greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and directing them to the appropriate staff member / meeting room
- Operating the switchboard, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Coordination of boardroom bookings and calendar management
- Sorting and distributing mail and packages accordingly
- Administrative support to various departments such as data entry, filing documents, photocopying and scanning of documents
- Making travel arrangements and compiling travel schedules
- Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery
- Performing other ad hoc administrative functions and duties as may be necessary from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Relevant degree or certification preferred
- Administrative or clerical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Computer proficiency and good working knowledge of MS Office
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Calm and professional appearance
**SALARY**:
R12 500 ctc per month
