Organisational Effectiveness Specialist

**Main Purpose Of Job**:
To partner with the business to provide learning and organisational development services and solutions, in line with key business strategies and initiatives, in order to advance organisational competence and transform the culture within the organisation.
**Key Responsibility Areas**
- Design, develop and implement a variety of developmental and change management initiatives, programmes, tools, and materials.
- Provide job design services to the business and lead the psychometric assessment service.
- Develop, enable the implementation of, and maintain assigned (Organisational Development) policies, processes and tools.
- Manage and co-ordinate a coaching service (internal network and external vendors) to the business.
- Partner and consult with the HR Business Partners to guide Business Leaders on effective and efficient ways to manage, lead and develop acquired talent and teams.
- Partner and consult with key stakeholders regarding selection, succession planning and development processes and practices.
**Required Education**
**Essential Education**:
- Masters’ degree in Industrial / Organisational Psychology
- Certified in a range of psychometric assessments (e.g., SHL/CEB assessment suite, CPP)
**Desired Education**:
- Coaching certification (COMENSA/ ICF)
**Required Experience**
**Essential Minimum Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an OD/ OE practitioner / psychometrist including organisational development and assessment centres (Psychometric and Behavioural Assessment).
**Desired Experience**:
- Experience working within a large corporate organisation will be desirable. Experience within the healthcare industry will also be an advantage
