Are you a human capital professional with a real interest in working with a variety of clients within an HR Consulting environment? Are you interested in Organizational Strategy, Assessments, Talent Management and Leadership Development?
We are an international Consulting firm within the Human Capital space and together with management teams we aim to make their strategy specific and concrete. ABOUT THE ROLE

We help our Consultants develop further on skills they have already started to build to help them achieve full potential. As such, we are looking for sharp and ambitious advisors who are engaged, committed and courageous. You’ll get involved with a variety of projects and be hands on in looking at the behaviours of employees.
As a Consultant you will be part of a successful team and will work closely with project leads during the delivery phase of a variety of human capital projects with a mixture of clients. We offer innovative global solutions across our portfolio with expert consultants partnering to find the right solution.
You’ll thrive working in a busy environment and get involved in organisation design, job architecture, job analysis and evaluation, leadership development and a variety of assessments.
You should demonstrate conscientious work ethic, research abilities and human capital knowledge across various disciplines and actively contribute to the successful solution design and delivery within projects and/or a work-stream. You should be quality obsessed and strive to deliver on time and within budget. You will draft project deliverables and proactively obtain input and feedback from Senior Consultants and Partners on projects, including providing delivery support and client engagement where required.
You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders and be confident to continue building your network. You must be confident in your ability to collaborate effectively when clarifying or requesting additional information with both the clients and the project leads.
You will be naturally inquisitive and of an analytical mindset to also enjoy working with all types of data, as you will collate relevant information for reporting and other relevant administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
You should be critical and not afraid to voice your opinion regarding things you encounter. Moreover, you will develop new tools with your team and other consultants to support business analyses. As a result, you will significantly contribute to the improvement of the services we offer our clients.

YOUR PROFILE
You are someone who:
- has a relevant university degree with proven and established relevant work experience within a consulting / HR Consulting / Human Capital environment
- started to formulate a solid and foundational understanding within organizational strategy / talent management / assessment / Change / Culture / psychology
- you must be fluent in English and communicate well (verbal and written)
- proven project delivery expertise
- good presentation and oral skills (design and delivery)
- has demonstrated affinity with business and organizations;
- has strong analytical and conceptual capabilities;
- has experience with organizing and/or leading initiatives during their studies;
- is interested in how organizations work (business focus);
- is curious, has an entrepreneurial mindset and is eager to learn;
