We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Consultant** to join our dynamic team in **Johannesburg (Remote).**

**Role Purpose**:

- Responsible for the effective day-to-day recruitment including sourcing and hunting talent to achieve hiring targets.
- Collaborate and drive the needed changes with required stakeholders in support of the Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Identify pain points and recommend improvements to create a seamless and positive experience for potential hires.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieves personal KPIs’ and SLA by directly sourcing talent and building talent pipelines within the assigned clients.
- Collects, organizes, and interprets data to support decision-making in the hiring process and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support iCIMS training & adoption within the business.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the hiring process and ensure a fair and unbiased approach.

**Experience**:
**Technical Experience**:

- 4+ years' experience in sourcing, hunting and talent pipelining.
- Holds industry knowledge in one or more of our target markets.
- Extensive ATS (Applicant Tracking System) knowledge.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools and job boards.
- Experience supporting offshore stakeholders.
- Experience in process engineering and adoption of tools and processes.
