Customer Service Consultant

**Core Responsibilities**:
- Assisting walk in customers with their needs
- Administrative duties which will include data entry and updating
- Offer advice to customers, face to face and telephonically
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks as as per the Manager's request
- Working as a team collectively to meet deadlines
**Requirements**:
- Must have a Matric Certificate
- At least 2 years working experience preferably in retail, hospitality, admin, marketing, customer services or debt collection environments
- Must be computer literate
- Good communication skills
