Online Reputation Manager

**We are looking for someone will be responsible for monitoring and managing our company’s reviews ( Hellopeter, Trustpilot & Social Media Accounts )and keeping track of how our brand resonates with our target audience.**

We need a person who can improve our company’s image by promoting relevant and engaging content.

You will play a key role in identifying negative reviews & messages posted about our company and recommend efficient ways to eliminate them. We need you to identify and report potential threats to top management and help us craft adequate messages and mitigate risk.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively monitors mentions of our brands on reviews platforms & social media.
- Proactively engages on such platforms and assists in building positive brand perception and reputation.
- Reaching out to dissatisfied customers is an important procedure to control negative reviews.
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Develop a strategy in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
- Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of our reviews platforms and campaigns. Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Spotting opportunities to generate positive social media coverage and managing social media at events and initiatives.
- Recognize possible negative situations and crises and use conflict resolution concepts to solve issues
- Submit regular reports to the management

Pay: R5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Online reputation: 2 years (preferred)
- customer services: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Afrikaans (preferred)
