**A Lecturer (Independent Contractor) vacancy exists at the Waterfall campus in the School of Management the following qualification for the first semester of the 2023 academic year**:

- Qualification à IIE Bachelor of Commerce

**Competencies required**:

- Organisational Skills
- Effective Classroom Management
- Open to Development

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:
**Ideal**:

- Honours/Post-graduate qualification in Financial Accounting.

**Alternatively**:

- Bachelor’s degree in one of the Business-related fields with Financial Accounting to at least 2nd year level plus a post graduate qualification in business or education or an MBA

**Minimum Work Experience Requirements**:
Lecturing experience in financial accounting. Work experience as an accountant or financial manager for a company, group or as an individual

**Working Conditions**:

- Availability to lecture part-time during the week, between 8:00am - 5:30pm (on campus)
- Deliver module content as prescribed in Module Outline
- Provide a student support function through consultations, where necessary
- Grade all assessments for assigned classes
- Preference will be given to South African Citizens and Permanent Residents of South Africa in possession of proof of permanent resident status
- Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role
