Fte - Finance & Admin Assistant - Head Office

**The primary purpose of this role is to provide assistance to the Team Leader: Finance and ICT Governance by**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in facilitating on monitoring requests on Finance service desk
- Assist with requests for information for all audits
- Assist with the timeous submission of reports to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the daily ICT health checks
- Assist in collating committee meeting information
- Ensuring all registers are kept up to date
- Creation of purchase requisitions
- Attend to queries from internal stakeholders
- Monitor and flag tasks due using a Project Management tool
- completion of reconciliations as needed
- Additional adhoc ICT, Finance and administrative tasks
- Arranging meetings and keeping minutes of meetings
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- **
**Grade 12
- Ability to write and communicate in English
- Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
- Computer literacy Word, Excel, Power Point and platforms such as MS Teams
- Strong administrative, organizing and coordination skills
**RECOMMENDATIONS**
- Accountancy or maths at matric level
- Experience Internal Audit/ Finance/ ICT background
- At least one years’ experience in the field of Internal Audit
