**This position is based within a Finance / Accounting firm providing accounting services to various Restaurants.**

**Firm Areas of Responsibility and Accountability**
- Monthly management accounts
- Processing of journals
- Bookkeeping up to balance sheet
- Processing monthly accruals
- Performing General Ledger account reconciliations
- Rental Reconciliations
- Expense allocation
- Obtaining daily figures from Stores
- Capturing/Importing of bank statements
- Importing of weekly DTM files - obtained from the various Stores
- Distribution of proof of payments to Suppliers
- Completion of Credit Application forms
- Monthly submission of figures to Head Office
- Handling of admin queries
- Processing of invoices
- Liaising with respective Stores
- Assistance during the Interim and Annual Audit process
- VAT reporting to the accounting office for submission
- May be required to perform additional ad hoc duties, as required within the Company
