Assistant Director: Budget Monitoring and

**Job Purpose**:
The Department of Social Development has an opportunity, in Budget Monitoring and Reporting, to coordinate, review and implement the management accounting systems and procedures. This post is stationed in Cape Town, CBD.
**Minimum Requirements**:
An appropriate 3-year B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 3 years relevant supervisory level experience in financial management.
**Recommendation**: None.
**Key Performance Areas**:
Planning: Coordinate, review, analyse and quality assure the financial supporting information for planning purposes; Budgeting: Coordinate, review, analyse and quality assure the budget preperation process; Reporting: Coordinate, review and analyse and quality assure the management accounting reporting processes; Manage the operational processes, resources and procedures associated with the management accounting functions.

R 424 104 per annum (Salary level 9)
