Assistant Director: Monitoring and Reporting

**Job Purpose**:
The Department of Social Development, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a competent individual to facilitate Departmental performance monitoring, review and reporting. This post is stationed in Cape Town, CBD.
**Minimum Requirements**:
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (or higher qualification); A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
**Recommendation**:
None.
**Key Performance Areas**:
Develop and implement Departmental performance monitoring and reporting processes; Contribute to the development and maintenance of performance indicators and monitoring frameworks; Monitor the implementation of the service delivery improvement plans (SDIPs); Facilitate the Department’s MPAT process; Provide support and guidance in the management of Provincial Project Management and Information systems (BizSuite: BizProjects, BizPerformance, BizBrain).

R 424 104 per annum (Salary level 9)
