New Business Manager

One of SA’s leading film, TV, video and AV companies is on the look out for a top class salesperson who isn't afraid of hard work, and appreciates team collaboration and fun which are at the forefront of their culture. They are dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality services to some of SA’s Biggest Blue-chip corporates and agencies; and are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join their team.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the film, TV, video, media, audio visual and / or events industry.
- Existing Relationships with Large blue chip clients, Ad Agencies, AV companies and / or Government Sectors
- An understanding of sales psychology
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- A high vibrant energy, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship building and networking abilities
- An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
- Drafting detailed quotations and invoices
We offer a competitive salary package of R25 000 - R35 000 basic + an inciting commission structure, as well as ongoing training, networking and development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative working environment.
