HR Culture Coordinator

**Job Advert**:
We are looking for an HR Culture Coordinator who will be responsible to plan, co-ordinate, implement, monitor and report on all Employer Brand and Culture campaigns required at Ackermans, while supporting the HR Manager across the Talent and Culture portfolio.
The position is based at our Support Centre in Kuils River, Cape Town. If you've got at least 2 years' relevant experience in retail business Human Resources, we are looking for you
**Qualifications**:
Essential:
- Human Resources Diploma / Degree or other relevant tertiary qualification
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
KNOWLEDGE:
- Supporting the growth of talent pipelines through Employer Brand campaigns, including career expos, intern sourcing and social media engagement
- Recruitment and selection practices with emphasis on general selection, applicant tracking systems, managing recruiter relationships and employee on-boarding
- Organisational Culture with a focus on building and driving values and employee engagement
- General HR practices
- Planning and implementing internal and external projects / campaigns
SKILLS:
- Verbal and written communication across all levels
- Proficiency in external networking and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Project planning, co-ordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting
- Creativity in producing professional and brand aligned resources such as job ads, social media posts, corporate presentations
- Ability to engage with individuals, small and large groups alike to deliver corporate presentations and nurture professional relationships
- Proficiency in prioritising objectives; balancing project deadlines and deliverables
- Exceptional finance / budget management
- Strong service & detail orientation
- Technical proficiency is a must, and includes MS Office as essential with experience in Adobe Creative preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience
- Planning and implementing related projects/campaigns from concept to closure, including internal communication plans and budgeting
- Managing internal stakeholders to plan, co-ordinate and implementing projects and campaigns related to recruitment, building employer brand and driving organisational culture and engagement Sourcing, on-boarding and managing external service providers and industry partners needed in support of Employer Brand and Culture campaigns, including recruitment agencies, educational institutions and suppliers of good and services required
- Creating and implementing company induction / on-boarding programmes, including resources
- Budgeting input, expense management, tracking and reporting
- Reporting and general project administration
Preferred:
- experience with creating and/managing social media platforms, content and related activities
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide input into the Ackermans Employer Brand, Culture and strategy and operational plan
- Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor all Employer Brand campaigns; including but not limited to company induction, recruitment agency activities, applicant tracking system administration, job advertising, social media platforms, website updates, brand building activities with industry partners such as corporate presentations, career fairs, etc.
- Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor established / create new Culture campaigns across all areas and levels of the business; including but not limited to writing project and communication plans, briefing creative needs, sourcing and managing external suppliers for the procurement of any goods and services required, working with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each campaign and high levels of employee engagement and participation
