HIGH END COMPANY IN SUNNINGHILL, GAUTENG **URGENTLY** REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF A HCBP (HUMAN CAPITAL BUSINESS PARTNER) TO START **IMMEDIATELY.**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
To ensure an effective day-to-day carrying out of Human Capital management activities and overall support to the organization as well as the implementation of the organizational Human Capital strategic & operational goals and initiatives.
The role formulates partnerships across the HC function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Additionally, the role reviews and administers all Human Capital related policies and procedures, to ensure that the company employs HC best practices and compliance with labour legislation.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Talent Management**
Ensure that all employees have valid employment documents (i.e. contracts, JD’s etc.)
Develop appropriate information systems that can be used to report on critical HC Information
Ensure overall procedural recruitment, selection and placements of top reliable employees
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Assist in driving a culture of measuring performance and rewarding contributions.
Support employee retention initiatives ensuring voluntary employee turnover levels remain at a minimum.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives to align interests of employees and Business Units, listening to employee opinion and keeping abreast of the employee relations climate within areas of responsibility.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

**2. Compensation Management**
Manage the reward and remuneration process enabling line management to make sound reward decisions when appointing or promoting employees.
Ensure effective management of all employee benefits related to processes i.e. medical aid, retirement funds, group risk etc.
Provide line management with the necessary tools & advice required to make accurate and effective HC decisions.
Facilitate the effective management of the staff payroll within area of responsibility & ensure that all related payroll queries are promptly resolved.
Ensure accurate monthly payroll inputs and supporting documentation (for allocated areas of responsibility).
Support the development and implementation of TAP’s pay and reward
strategy e.g. tHCough support with pay negotiations, annual performance review and bonus allocation process, etc.

**3. Training & Development**
Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success; follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Prepare and submit inputs (to the Head of HC) for the development of Workplace Skills Plan & Annual Training Report inputs.
Perform any other duties related to employees’ learning development.

**4. Labour Relations**
Provide advice to line managers on employee relations matters in a flexible and consistent manner; and ensure that all labour relations issues are promptly resolved.
Ensure that resolutions and advice are provided in line with the organization’s Code of Conduct, Disciplinary Code and Procedure, and the labour legislation etc.

**5. Service Management & Client Centricity**
Drive continuous improvement within your own areas of responsibility.
Implement or provide support the roll out of HC projects and organisational change programmes to support the HC strategy.
Maintain efficient HC Systems that offers line management a variety of solutions
Develop appropriate information systems that can be used to report on critical HC Information.

Assist line management in the organisational design, ensuring any structural changes are executed in a compliant, timely and in a sensitive manner.
Pro-actively support the implementation of performance management systems and provide guidance to managers to support the continued development of staff.
Support or carry out the roll out of HC initiatives such as the development of new systems, tools, processes and services to maximize business benefit.
Continually identify opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising the quality or service levels to the business.
Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.
Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
