**Main Purpose**:
Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is the representative of the Human Resources Department that facilitate coordination’s of the HR functions and programs. Provide a full generalist HR function in support to the HR Director, and HR Management Team that consist of Recruitment, Training and Development, IR and general HR administration and reporting
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to the appropriate HR personnel
- Maintain the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, HR events etc.)
- In collaboration with HR Management, drive continuous improvement of all HR processes and procedures on a continuous basis.
- In conjunction with HR Management, create, implement, and maintain an HR calendar.
- Assist Team Members with any queries relating to their benefits.
- Schedule monthly catch-up sessions, and meetings for the HR Director with his direct reports
- Day to day diary management of HR Director
- Support HR Director with creating HR documents and templates
- Coordination and facilitation of HR projects and communications, on behalf of HR Director, between business units to ensure alignment within all Business Units
- Support HR Director by detailing key tasks within HR MT meetings, ie Task Tracking to ensure deadlines are met and reports are submitted.
- Consolidate all Business Unit information and draft reports and presentations for HR director.
- Arrange meetings, travel arrangements and functions (Catering, booking of boardrooms, visitors passes etc)
- Monitor, manage and update the HR Share Point on the company intranet
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to date, version controlled and available to employees on the company intranet.
- Maintain and ensure all HR documents are entered in the QMS Document Master log
- Carry out efficient documentation and filing system
- General administration and coordination
- Day to day general office administration
**Minimum Requirements**:
- A broad knowledge of human resources as well as experience with general administrative duties.
- Proven experience as HR coordinator
- Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
- Hands on experience in using MS Office
- Organizational and time management skills
- Matric essential
- Any additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage
