We are seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administratior to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and providing crucial administrative support to various departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organisational skills, and enjoy being the go-to person for office-related needs, we want to hear from you
**Job Duties**:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage petty cash
- Answer phone calls and respons to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipts
- Daily Roll Call / check-ins with onsite engineers
- Quotations
- Maintain office cleanliness and organisation
- Assist with adminsitrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and docment preparation (General Administration duties)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inter-depertmental communication and cooordination.
- Tender Administration
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator / office assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritse tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Matric Certificate
- IT industry experience will be adventageous
- Own Reliable Transport
- Reside in East London
