We are a well-established, fast growing company in the pet industry based in Midrand. We require an **Internal Key Accounts Sales Administrator**to provide commercial and operational support to the Key Account Manager and the Sales Teams by coordinating, liaising with customers, directors and colleagues and handling all key internal sales administrational responsibilities for the company ensuring that customer expectations are met at all times. We are looking for a well presented, organized, attentive to detail and fast paced individual with the ability to work well under pressure, to liaise with customers, co-ordinate and implement all administration as well as work closely with all departments within the company.

The main purpose of this role is to free up the key account managers’ time and focus on admin, so that they can rather focus on sales strategies that develop and enhance buyer and product manager relationships, customer support and promotions.

**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Matric Certification, tertiary education advantageous.
- **Computer literacy is** essential with advance Excel (**VLOOKUP **is required) ability with very high level of attention to detail. You will be working with Excel on a daily basis. All data capturing, recon and analysis are done on Excel.
- Highly detail-centric aptitude for accuracy
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Strong communication, interpretation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- You will need to be confident over the phone dealing with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Multi-tasking ability
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated with a professional attitude to colleagues and customers alike
- Desire to provide the best administration support possible.

**ORDERS**
- Download and process all orders, send approved sales and purchase orders to warehouse for deliveries and follow up for reps and certain customers to ensure deliveries have been made.
- Capture all orders immediately on Excel, production sheet generated and printed
- Ensuring all the information is captured accurately on the system
- Maintain and update pricing on both our accounting system and the sales system, as and when needed for promotions and specials.
- Provides daily support to the sales team regarding status of orders
- Provide excellent administrative support, both to colleagues and to customers with regards to quotations done on Excel, Excel order form updates, company stock-file updates done on Excel and system, product availability, pricing and queries
- Various reports and recons for the invoices and credit notes and sales targets.
- Update and file proof of deliveries

**LISTING DETAILS AND STOCKFILES**:

- Assisting with all online listings details and documentations for all our customers. Experience with the complicated old Takealot listing forms advantageous.
- Assisting customers with their photo sizing requirement. Basic Photoshop ability advantageous.
- Update stock files per account and send to buyers as per their request, daily and/or weekly.
- Assisting in the maintenance of relationships with all buyers and their assistants to ensure consistent communication
- Ensure all necessary data, documentation and reports are accurate and produced on time

We supply basic salary + benefits. Salary is negotiable.

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
