Internal Sales Administrator

Overall scope of role
An internal sales and general office assistant for national adhesive Distributors JHB branch.
This role will require a dynamic individual with excellent telephonic, communication, computer skills and professional appearance and must posses both analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities
- Internal sales from both incoming communications and cold calling
- Customer relationship management
- Assisting external sales representatives as require
- Assisting walk-in-clients, and frontline cash over counter
- Loading of sales orders on to NAD operating system
- Maintain complete records of all sales orders and out bound invoices
- Compiling of operational delivery trip sheets
- Processing of trip sheets and counting COD money
- Assisting with switchboard
- General office and operational duties
- Checking back orders daily
Key communication and relationships
- Daily communication with clients, operations, accounts department and sales reps.
- Daily loading of all sales orders, invoicing and loading of delivery trip sheets
- Reporting to the admin team leader
- Liaison with staff and suppliers and other points of escalation within the business including directors
- Managing relationships and escalations with clients, supplies for all requirements and queries
Skills, qualifications and experience needed
- Good time management and the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent telephonic and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and professional appearance.
- High degree of honesty due to cash handing.
Pay: From R10 500,00 per month
