- Compile membership packs, print membership cards, scan documents and route correspondence to various departments**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Min 2 - 3 years of health administration experience
- Computer literate (Excel proficient)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of client service experience
- Good understanding of the industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Momentum product offerings would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Membership packs, membership cards and routing correspondence to the relevant departments
- Compile membership packs
- Re-print membership cards
- Scan documents for retrieval by the Department
- Route correspondence to various Departments
- Indexing of documentation
- Stock control and stats keeping
- Ensure that all returned mail is dealt with according to the returned mail process
- Any other ad hoc functions that may be required from time to time

**Engage with clients in a client centric manner**
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service

- Adhere to policies and procedures and take corrective action where necessary while maintaining quality
- Take ownership of escalated and unresolved queries and ensure they are resolved timeously and effectively
