The African Union Development Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post of Senior Human Resource Officer

**Education and Experience**:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management or Administration with at least seven (7) years of progressive responsible experience in compensation and benefits administration out of which three (3) years should be at supervisory role preferably within the public sector, multilateral institutions, and international non-governmental or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.

At least 4 years of experience in processing payroll is mandatory.

Or

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management or Administration with at least ten (10) years progressively responsible experience in Compensation and Benefits within the public sector, multilateral institutions, and international non-governmental or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.
