- Degree in HR or related field

EXPERIENCE
- 10- 15 years practical HR Compensation & Benefits
- Solid Experience in multinational company
- 5+ years in leadership role
- Project Management experience essential

SKILLS
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Good communication skills on all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Good organisation skills
- Computer literate (eg. Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
