A healthcare company in Randburg is seeking to find a successful healthcare marketing Manager. To qualify for this position, you need to have excellent marketing knowledge, project management abilities, and organizational skills. You also need expertise with data analysis to examine campaign strategy and return on investment, along with social media prowess to reach a significant portion of your target demographic in innovative ways.

Overall job description
- Develop and maintain a deep branding strategy based upon its core values and as executed through all design, copy, and communications. Responsible for ensuring the Company’s competitive edge, identification, and recognition in the market.
- Strategy and execution driving the multi-channel/multi-segment content marketing including value proposition, value creation, persona development, target audience development, channel/segment messaging as delivered by all mediums. Adherence to all Quality Assurance and associated standards of compliance
- implementing marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals
- increase strategic advantage to attract customers in a hypercompetitive landscape.
- Drive more qualified leads, generate revenue with healthy margins
- Retain customers long-term and improve loyalty to the company.
- implement marketing campaigns that enhance the organisation brand
- Assessing strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiatives
- Overseeing the marketing department’s individual projects
- Liaising between the marketing department and upper leadership
- Managing relationships with the media and the wider community
- Creating a communication plan to be used across all marketing and PR
- Evaluating the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones
- to promote the organization's success to gain patients and maintain patient loyalty
- Deeply collaborate with management on pricing, technical requirements for new products, and new product introduction.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing /Public Relations
- 5 years of Proven healthcare experience
- Detailed understanding of the regulatory and legislative pharmaceutical healthcare environments
- Insight into Healthcare Professionals attitudes, behaviour, and motivations
- Knowledge of Development and implementation of short-, medium
- and long-term brand and expert communication strategies
- Knowledge of Brand positioning and persuasive advertising executions.
