Job Title: Healthcare Network Manager - Gauteng

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Network Manager to join our team at Kaelo in Gauteng.

The estimated salary for this position is around R 300,000 - R 500,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging opportunity for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  • You will be responsible for managing the network of healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Your goal will be to increase provider satisfaction and membership growth while meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships in the private and public sectors.
  2. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with key stakeholders and departments to ensure efficiency.
  3. Ensure the healthcare provider network composition includes an appropriate distribution of providers.
  4. Maintain and enhance healthcare provider networks while meeting accessibility, quality, financial goals, and cost initiatives.
  5. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new systems, processes, programs, and policies to support business needs.
  6. Initiate and implement action plans to increase quality and productivity.
  7. Develop and manage relationships across the provider networks, including general practitioners, dental practitioners, pharmacies, radiologists, and pathologists.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Compile daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports with precision and quality and submit these internally and externally at agreed deadline dates for providers allocated to you.
  • Collect data timeously for the compilation and completion of reports to Divisional Head Network and Risk executive.
  • Complete quality audits monthly on all network-related SOP's.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Matric qualification is required.
  • Fully qualified FAIS compliant with relevant RE 5 and Class of Business knowledge.
  • A valid Driving License is necessary.
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Six years' experience in the South African healthcare market is preferred.
