**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Welcoming visitors and offering them hot or cold beverages.
Sorting and sending mail.
Telephone Switchboard operation.
Keep stock of office supplies and stationeries and advise relevant people.
Taking and delivering messages.
File Management.
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
Summarizing and distribution of minutes in all meetings.
Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
Coordinating and consolidating general reports and presentations.
General office support and assistance.
Submit requested information, liaise timeously with relevant people.

**Requirements of this Post**:
Matric (Grade 12).
One to two years work experience as an Office Assistant.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented.
Capable of multitasking; strong time management.
