**About the job**
Western Province Caterers has an exciting, challenging and new opportunity for a **Payroll Manager** who will oversee and supervise the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay and relevant third parties are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. This is a great opportunity to take full accountability of the end to end payroll function and experience in a wide range of Payroll and remuneration practices with a large catering organization.
**Summary**
Assume the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, managing and controlling payroll-related activities within the Group. Ensure a smooth and streamlined payroll department, focusing on accuracy and integrity of the payroll department and the VIP system. Maintains payroll information by designing systems, directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
**Minimum Requirements**
Qualifications: Relevant HR Degree or Diploma
Financial Diploma (Advantageous)
Experience: 5-8 years payroll management experience
HR experience advantageous
Must be able to communicate at top management level
Advanced MS Office knowledge
Advanced Payroll Systems knowledge (SAGE 300)
