**Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12 with Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Solid understanding of General Human Resources policies and procedures.
- At least 3 -5 years' Sage VIP and payroll processing experience.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, BCEA and LRA.
- Proficient in POPI legislation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Legislative compliance (i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA).
- Talent acquisition.
- Onboarding.
- Performance management.
- Leave management.
- Remuneration and benefits.
- Record-keeping and statistics.
- Organizational development.
- Dispute investigation and resolution.
- Monthly payroll.
- COVID management.

Area: Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

Market related salary offered.
