**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**: Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs and requests are promptly addressed.
- **Kitchen Management**: Prepare and serve breakfast, baked goods, and occasional light meals for guests. Maintain a well-organised kitchen, order supplies, and manage kitchen staff.
- **Reservations and Bookings**:Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Manage online booking platforms and communicate with guests regarding their reservations.
- **Cleaning Oversight**: Supervise a team of four cleaners, ensuring that guest rooms, common areas, and facilities are cleaned to high standards and that inventory is properly stocked.
- **Hospitality**: Utilise your background in the hospitality industry to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
- **Maintenance**:Oversee general maintenance and repairs to ensure that the property is in excellent condition.
- **Communication**: Maintain strong written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with the other managers and staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient operation.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong people skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Proficient in baking and kitchen skills to provide breakfast and baked goods.
- Excellent written and oral English language skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using reservation and property management software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
