**Overview**:
**Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase the company's revenue and market share. This individual will be an energetic, proactive, and results-driven sales professional who excels at cold calling, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers.**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position the company's products/services as the solution.**:

- ** Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.**:

- ** Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.**:

- ** Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales objectives.**:

- ** Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and senior leadership team.**

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Completed Matric (not negotiable)**:

- ** Proven track record of success in a sales hunter role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.**:

- ** Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**:

- ** Excellent time management and organizational skills.**:

- ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**:

- ** Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.**:

- ** Valid driver's licence (not negotiable)**

**Salary and Benefits**:
**Basic salary, UNCAPPED Commission, lucrative bulk sales incentives and company benefits.
