**What you’ll be doing**
This is a newly created role for a hands-on Marketing Graduate to assist the Company’s External Marketing Consultant. The purpose of this role is to provide marketing services to this medium sized company of around 110 employees. You’ll get to liaise with many different stakeholders inside and outside the business, you’ll gain great experience and exposure. Sitting in on meetings with top management and also being able to assist everyone on the ground.
There will be all sorts of events (internal and external) that you will arrange and manage. If you’re looking for a varied role where you’ll make get the opportunity to learn and be hands on, then you will enjoy this role.
**Where you’ll be doing it**
For the first 3 months, this will be purely office based in Claremont. Thereafter there is 1 day work from home. The hours are 08:30 to 5pm, Fridays 4pm. The company has lots of events and gatherings and do drinks once a month as well as a get together once every quarter.
Their business is in the wealth management sector, it’s highly professional with top clientele and an environment that is process driven so you will need to enjoy working in a structured environment. However, there is a big family feel.
They’re big on accountability and someone that has that same drive will fit in well.
**What you’ll need**
We’re looking for someone with a Marketing Tertiary qualification with a positive, energetic, “can do” attitude where no task is too big or small. You will need to be proficient in the full MS Office as well as various marketing related tools and social media. A driver’s license and own car will be required.
You would be described as a go getter professional that is highly organised, takes initiative, efficient, and action orientated. We’re looking for someone that is self-managed. Someone that will have excellent communication and deliver what is needed within deadline. You think well on your feet, prioritise and multi task well.
**What you’ll get**
You will receive a market related salary which has a provident fund contribution. Bonus is based on team and personal performance. Annual leave days are 15 per annum, after your first year of employment your leave days accumulate by 1 day per year till maximum 20 days.
You will be working with a supportive group of people, and for a company that looks after and invests in their staff.

This is an office based role, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
**What you’ll need**
You’d need to be proficient in MS Office, have a proven product development track record and be motivated and have great attention to detail. Someone that really cares about their work and has high quality requirements for themselves. You’ll utilise your experience of the key steps of development and flavour/seasoning formulation together with your excellent sensory and olfactory skills to make this role a success. You’ll be interpreting customer briefs to create world class flavours
