**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:
Online shop management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce sites in South Africa, including product and promotional campaign management, site optimisation, and reporting and analysis.
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies for the e-commerce platform, including sales, supply, and merchandising.
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and enhance product profiles to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate order fulfilment and inventory with internal teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Manage promotional and creative marketing campaigns to drive sales cross-category on all platforms.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Buying, Logistics, Fulfilment, IT, and Merchandising, to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage external vendors to ensure tasks are completed with exceptional quality.
- Provide customer care support to assist with any reported issues.

Campaign/promotion management
- Design and develop graphics for website banners, marketing banners and eDM images.
- Co-work with different departments on advertising campaigns graphic requirements.
- Coordinate with product samples logistics arrangement.

KPI’s
- Responsible for site metrics including but not limiting to conversion rate, PDP page view, Add to cart rate.
- Complete weekly, monthly and promotion forecast and reports in timely manner.
- Deliver optimal site experience and campaign execution from global game plan.
- Product uploaded and availability.
- Categorization and Merchandising product on-site.
- Create and maintain promo codes.
- Implement SEO data improvements to increase organic performance.
- Raise and manage the resolution of bugs and sites issues.
- Support Customer Care team on time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce sites in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Demandware/ SFCC/ Magento/ Shopify and CMS systems.
- Experience in using digital and analytic tools to access traffic and conversion performance such as Google Analytics or Content Square.
- Knowledge in either CRM or BI reporting is preferred such as eMarsys, Sales Force Marketing Cloud or Power BI, Tableau, Google Data studio is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial drive.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player and willingness to support the wider team.
- Good verbal and written skills in English.
